With an engineering background in printing media, I bring both technical expertise and operational leadership to the company’s production and service environment. Since joining Varius Group in 2014, I have gained extensive experience in print production, personalization, mailing solutions, and operational management. My role focuses on developing and implementing production solutions while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and client requirements. In my day-to-day work, I supervise organizational and administrative processes and support clients through comprehensive consultation and project coordination. I am also actively involved in creative and strategic decision-making, contributing to the development of innovative print and production solutions. My focus is on combining technical know-how, efficient operational processes, and strong client collaboration to deliver reliable and high-quality production outcomes.
